Pa Legal Terms – Pa Last Wills
A “Will” is defined as a legal expression of an individual’s wishes about the disposition of his or her property after death; especially a document by which a person directs his or her estate to be distributed upon death. (Black’s Law Dictionary, 9th Edition).
Pa Legal Terms – Pa Last Wills – Note
A “Will” is also commonly referred to as a “Last Will” and/or a “Last Will and Testament.”
Please do not confuse this with a “Living Will”, which will be covered in another post.
To put it simply, the two terms share only the word, “will,” and after that, never the two will meet.
