I first met Mr. Whalen over 20 years ago when my parents needed an attorney to revise their will and to assist with estate planning.

He was extremely knowledgeable and considerate at that time which is why I chose to go back to him when another relative needed assistance.

I thought it would be difficult as I live 500 miles away, but not so.

John was kind enough to not only meet with the family locally, but spent a great deal of time to speak with me long distance to answer questions I had.

This can be a trying time for families, but John was very patient and reassuring.

His knowledge of estate law is enormous and he gave us things to think about that we had not considered.

I am very grateful to John for all he did for me and would highly recommended him to anyone.
